FAQ
What is included for $15?
A 1080p MP4 of your complete Highlight Reel in landscape 16:9, without Matterport menus or controls. Music mixing is included when you send a track. The video follows your reel’s duration, with no per-minute charge.
Do I need to create the Highlight Reel?
Yes. Publish your reel and set the tour to public before ordering. We record the route as supplied. Changing it after recording requires a separate quote.
Can you add my logo or text?
We can place your existing logo in any of the four corners for $5. Send a transparent PNG. Custom text, logo design and animations are not offered.
Is music included?
Yes. Send a YouTube link to a track you have permission to use and we’ll mix it into your video at no extra cost. A royalty-free music library will be available later as a paid add-on.
When will I receive my video?
Within 48 hours, or within 24 hours with express delivery (+$10). The clock starts after payment and all materials are confirmed. Extras do not extend delivery time.
